I work through sessions during the day, which means I may not be immediately available when you contact me. Every message is read and every message matters. I will respond as soon as I have a gap between sessions or at the end of the day.

WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach me and the easiest for me to respond to between sessions. If you call and I am in a session, please leave a voice message or send a WhatsApp – I will come back to you as soon as I am free.
When to expect a reply
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Sessions are strictly by appointment.
During these hours I am either in sessions with clients or attending to messages and admin in the gaps between them. I respond to all messages as soon as I have a break – which means replies sometimes come quickly and sometimes take until the end of the day, depending on how the day is running.
